Moseley's Rockhopper Penguins, also known as Northern Rockhopper Penguins, are distinctive for their black upper parts with white underparts, and a striking yellow crest. They have bright red eyes, an orange-red bill, and their flippers are edged in white. Adults grow to about 55 cm (22 in) in height and weigh around 2.4 kg (5.3 lb). Their body is torpedo-shaped, aiding in swift swimming.
